Binary Company provides custom software development: web applications, mobile apps, AI solutions, and technical consulting. Quotes generated via the Price Simulator are indicative estimates and do not constitute binding offers.

All site content — text, graphics, code, logos — is owned by Binary Company and protected by copyright. Software developed for clients belongs to the client unless otherwise agreed contractually.

Binary Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Simulator pricing estimates are purely indicative.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the site.
