The studio
Software engineers, not consulting salespeople. We design and build in-house — no agency reselling freelancers, no stitched-together templates, no decks in place of code. A few more conversations upfront, zero technical debt from there on.

What we do

Design, engineering, and long-term ownership. Everything else earns its place only when it brings code closer to production.

Selected work

Products in production, with real users and measurable results.

Completed

Retail / EU

Problem

Legacy e-commerce with a fragile checkout and mobile load times above 6 seconds caused massive cart abandonment.

Solution

Full replatforming on a headless Next.js stack, custom one-page checkout, and edge CDN for static assets.

Next.jsTypeScriptStripeVercel
Outcome

Conversion +38%, LCP from 6.2s to 1.4s, bounce rate -24%.

Completed

Fintech / IT

Problem

KYC onboarding spread across 11 steps with 62% dropoff between identity verification and document signing.

Solution

Redesigned in 4 progressive steps with drag&drop document upload, client-side OCR, and digital signature integration.

ReactNode.jsAWS S3OCR
Outcome

Onboarding completion +47%, average time from 14 to 6 minutes.

In progress

SaaS B2B / EU

Problem

Slow dashboard with synchronous rendering of dozens of charts over 500k+ row datasets, forcing users to wait 8+ seconds.

Solution

Chart virtualization, server-side aggregations via materialized views, and data streaming through edge functions.

Next.jsPostgreSQLEdge FunctionsD3
Outcome

Time-to-interactive from 8s to 900ms, user satisfaction +2.1 NPS points.

In review

Enterprise / DE

Problem

Operations team manually processed 400+ tickets a day with an average triage time of 12 minutes per ticket.

Solution

LLM-based classification and routing pipeline with audit trail and human override for ambiguous cases.

PythonLLM APIPostgreSQLQueue
Outcome

Triage reduced to 90 seconds, backlog cleared in 3 weeks.

How we work

Four phases, no filler steps. You see the product working before the first invoice lands.

Scope

What's in and what's out — decided before we touch a keyboard. Two hours with the right questions prevents three weeks of course correction.

Prototype

Before the first commit we deliver a clickable prototype. You walk it like a real user, approve the details: only then do we start writing production code.

Ship

Staging live within the first week. Weekly sprints, traceable changelog, signed commits. Every Monday you know what shipped; if something feels off, you find out after seven days, not three months.

Ownership

Production deploy, monitoring, documented handover, planned evolution. Staying with the product after go-live is the least visible part of the job — and the reason our clients keep working with us.

Testimonials

Their words, not ours.

I told them what I needed on Friday afternoon. Monday morning I had a staging environment with half the features. In ten years of working with agencies, this had never happened.
Cliente anonimoCTO · Fintech B2B
After go-live I expected them to vanish like everyone else. Instead they messaged me two weeks later to say they'd fixed a bug I hadn't even noticed.
Cliente anonimoFounder · Startup SaaS
They didn't build the product I described in the brief. They built the one I actually needed. And they explained the difference upfront, not after.

Frequently asked

The questions we hear most — with straight answers and no fine print.

The simulator calculates the estimate line by line: project base, features, complexity, maintenance. Two minutes, no sales call, no qualifying step. You evaluate the number on your own.

Staging live within 48 hours, always. Typical projects: landing 3–5 days, web app 2–3 weeks, custom e-commerce 3–4 weeks, mobile 4–6 weeks. We measure in days and weeks because we write code directly — no CMS setup, no internal red tape.

Because they cost more in the medium term. A CMS or builder feels fast in month one; then every custom feature becomes a workaround, every plugin a fragile dependency, every update a risk. We write from scratch: more upfront work for us, zero technical debt and zero lock-in for you in the years after.

We stay with the product. Three maintenance tiers to choose from, or full autonomy if you'd rather handle it in-house — no penalties, no exit clauses. Most clients choose to continue with us.

Remote by default. We meet in person when it genuinely serves the project, not to observe a convention.

Internal team, small and stable. The person who signs the quote is the one writing the code. No subcontracting, no swapped developers mid-project.

Yes. Code review, architecture audit, a single feature, migration off a legacy stack, targeted refactoring: you don't need to start from zero to work with us.

Many projects are under client-policy NDA. On request we introduce you directly to founders and CTOs willing to discuss them — real references, not case studies rewritten for marketing.

By milestone. You pay as we deliver, not upfront. Every milestone is documented and approved before work begins: no surprise costs mid-project.
